Machinery-
The Terran technology has been built up quite like the modern world today. The usage of lower level firearms and explosives are allowed for all the "science/technology" players. Lower level includes items such as:
-Handguns
-Weaker Semi-automatics like an SMG
-Shotguns
-Rifles
-Grenades
-Trip Mines
Higher damage items such as gatling guns, snipers, rocket launchers, etc. will be reserved to the longer standing members, and even then only in more fair of conditions. The use of vehicles past automobiles such as planes, tanks, and helicopters will have to be cleared through me and me alone. Remember, things have to stay fair.
Please keep gadgets and weapons to a small number. No one is going to be a walking arsenal.
Mutations-
There will be certain cases of mutations, possibly turning men into monsters or perhaps even the case of enhanced abilities. ANY AND ALL OF THESE MUST BE APPROVED BY ME. Don't be surprised if I say no. Shussei Inc. will almost always have direct involvement in such things, and I will require them to be worked up to in storylines, not something made off the bat. If you really would like such a thing PM me, and likely we can work something out.
